What's Mygprs Mobile Internet Connection? Mygprs mobile is a product collaboration between XL (PT. Excelcomindo Pratama, Tbk.), PT. Andalas Media Informatika, and Fasta (CV. Fajar Sakti Utama) in which Mygprs customers may enjoy mobile Internet connection anywhere they are (within XL coverage), on computers, laptops or PDAs, linked to mobile phones or PCMCIA Card with GPRS technology.

What is the benefit of this service? With Mygprs mobile, you may enjoy Internet connection literally anywhere you are, even in your cars, and public places such as airports, shopping malls, hotels or cafes, as far as you are still within XL coverage area.

What are the charges and service plan for this service? Service plan for Mygprs mobile is unlimited, with registration fee Rp 70.000,- (Nett) and monthly fee Rp 330.000,- (Nett), payable to Fasta. Thus, you will not be limited either by time of usage or by data-traffic volume

If I am subscribed to Mygprs Mobile, will the charges be deducted from my XL credits? No, charges for Mygprs mobile are payable only to Mygprs, and will not be deducted upon your XL credits.

Will I still be able to make phone calls or send/receive SMS using the Mygprs/XL number of this service? No, you will not be able to use the telephony-based services at all (voice, SMS and other features are barred). SIM Card for Mygprs Mobile can only be used for Mygprs Internet connection.

What equipments do I need for this service? To enjoy this service, you will need mobile phones, PDA phones or PCMCIA/USB-based datacard modem, capable of GPRS connection. You may also use devices that support data connection through EDGE, 3G and HSDPA, even though your connection will still be GPRS-based. If you use mobile phones or PDA phones, you may link the device to a laptop or a desktop computer through data cable, infrared or bluetooth.

How to configure this service? The basic configuration for using Mygprs mobile is as the following:

How long does it take to activate Mygprs mobile? Once you have fulfilled all the requirements needed, it will take up to 2-5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) in order to activate your newly received XL SIM Card. Please be advised that your billing will start from the month in which we receive your service activation request.

The status of my Mygprs mobile is now active, how do I connect to the Internet? For details on settings and configuration for Internet connections using Mygprs mobile, please refer to the following link setting.

If I register in the middle of a month, do I get pro-rated adjustment in my billing? Pro-rated adjustment is not available for this service. If you register in the middle in the middle of a month, then you will still be a subject to a full monthly fee. Therefore, we recommend you to register in the beginning of a month. You may also request to our Customer Service Officer to delay the activation until early next month.

What date I must do a payment every month? Because of Mygprs mobile is pre paid, so you must do a payment amount Rp 330.000,. (Nett) at date of 28 or before 28 for next month usage.

How if I don't do a payment for next month usage? Automatically your SIM Card will be blocked by Mygprs and you can not do internet connection. And you must do a registration again if you want to connect thru Mygprs.

Method of Order SIM Card and Be Subscriber of Mygprs Mobile Internet Connection

Send your complete data such as: full name, full address, ID/Passport number, sex, home phone number, mobile phone number, email address, via email, live chat, fax, mail, or SMS. And inform to us when your SIM Card want to be activation.

Payment amount Rp 70.000/Nett (for cost of registration, cost of SIM Card, and cost of activation) and Rp 330.000/Nett (for 1 month usage), total Rp 400.000/Nett (plus shipping cost via TIKI (1 night shipping) for outside of Bali area) can you give to us directly or transfer to our Bank account below;
